Sunday, I made Carbonnade (with Chimay- and not just as a drink) served on egg noodles and boiled potatoes, with a Belgian Endive Salad (endive, watercress and toasted walnuts). I cocked up the recipe when I burned off the fat from the chuck. Heat control on an electric stove sucks. I managed to salvage it by adding beef and chicken broth with a tablespoon of tomato paste. It ended up tasting really good.
